I need to move because my father passed away and my financial situation has changed drastically. I'm also just not very good at staying at one place for very long. Kinda a drifter, lol.The house (one story) has one bedroom, on complete bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room/dining room. It has hardwood floors, walls with a fresh coat of white paint on them, windows with blinds, and more to offer. It comes with a stove but no dishwasher, and a laundry facility just a short walk away from the house as part of latham park.I've been in the place for four months and already paid the security deposit. Therefore, you would be completing the remainder of the lease and you would pay me the security deposit of 520.
